Principle of Operation

Working Mechanism
When the motor drives the eccentric shaft, it causes the movable jaw to move in a cyclical pattern toward and away from the fixed jaw. As material enters the crushing chamber, it gets compressed between the jaws until it fractures into smaller pieces. The downward movement of the swing jaw increases pressure, while its upward movement allows crushed material to descend further until it exits through the discharge opening at the bottom.
